A comprehensive listing of your property on www.whalewatchers.co.za, complete with photos, rates, availability calendar, booking inquiry form, car hire, airport transfers, cancellation policy, places of interest and many other features that add value to your offering. This is paid for out of your once-off joining fee.

Your property will get listed on selected subscription based travel websites that in our experience generate the highest number of inquiries per annum. This is paid for out of your once-off joining fee.

Your property will get listed on free travel websites that we have learnt generate a worthwhile number of inquiries per annum. This is an inclusive service.

Advertising the Whale Watchers location in which your property is situated, in the Whale Watchers brochure distributed via information centres; in selected hard copy travel guides such as the Cape Point Route Guide; Cape Town Visitors' Guide, in web-based guides and information resources such as www.capestay.co.za, www.sa-venues.com, www.fishhoekvalley.co.za, www.muizenberg.info; etc. We also run many other marketing initiatives such as Google AdWords and Ananzi Quick Pages campaigns. This is paid for out of the 20% marketing and sales commission we levy on the bookings we obtain for you.

Promoting all Whale Watchers' properties when attending travel expos, tourism association meetings and other promotional and networking events. This is an inclusive service.

Updating your apartment's availability calendar on our website, so that when people search for availability your apartment is included in the list of options for them to choose from.

Attending to sales administration such as email and telephonic inquiries, credit card transactions, direct deposits, taking cash payments, banking, emailing second deposit reminders, confirmations and directions, special requests such as airport transfers, personal laundry and baby cots. This is an inclusive service.

Becoming a Whale Watchers Partner also means that we look after all aspects of managing your property, whether you or anyone else is occupying it, or not. These services include:

Cleaning the property in preparation for an arrival and while guests are in residence

The provision, monitoring and replenishment of cleaning products and materials

Preparing monthly income and expense accounts and keeping on record receipts and cleaning staff timesheets, for expenses incurred on your behalf

General maintenance such as arranging the repair of appliances, leaking taps, replacing light bulbs, etc.
